Voskanian Investment and Development, Inc. (VID) is a commercial real estate investment and development company specializing in residential land acquisition, entitlement, subdivision & development and commercial real estate investment & development.

Founded by Edwin Voskanian, VID’s experience in commercial real estate dates back to 1998. Edwin began his career in commercial real estate brokerage, representing buyers and sellers in multifamily, retail, industrial, and land transactions. Since 1998, he and the company have been involved in over half a billion dollars in commercial real estate transactions across twelve states, including California, Nevada, Utah, Texas, Washington, New Mexico, Georgia, North Carolina, and Michigan.

Since 2001, Edwin has personally invested in and developed a broad range of real estate projects, including multifamily value-add investments, condominium conversions and entitlement projects, retail properties, single-tenant retail properties, and land development projects.

VID combines almost three decades of commercial real estate experience with the perspective and discipline of an active owner and developer. This experience allows the company to evaluate opportunities not simply as transactions, but from the standpoint of residential acquisition, entitlement, development, construction, financing, operations, value creation, and ultimate exit strategy.

Notable transactions and development projects include an 11-unit residential condominium conversion in Tujunga, California; a 22-unit residential condominium entitlement and development in Tujunga, California; the investment and entitlement of a custom single-family estate in La Crescenta, California; Byram Healthcare property ownership and development in Salt Lake City, Utah; the Smoothie King development in Fort Worth, Texas; and Phase I of Kolob Canyon View Estates in New Harmony, Utah.
